Roof Surveys & Inspections
A proper roof survey gives a clear picture of a roof's condition before any work is agreed, or before a property changes hands. Jackson Roofing carries out roof surveys and pre-purchase inspections for homes in Heanor and the surrounding area.
A survey covers the tiles or slates, ridge and hip lines, flashing, valleys and chimney stacks, checking for the kind of wear and damage that is not always obvious from ground level. Where a roof would be difficult or unsafe to check from a ladder, a drone survey is used instead.
For anyone buying a property, a roof survey ahead of completion can flag problems worth knowing about before exchange, rather than finding them out after moving in.
